Our Mission
is Simple

Galvanize BIPOC and LGBTQI-led community-based organizations and political activists to engage in Oregon’s redistricting process by providing information, training, and a pipeline to resources — ensuring our communities are not only included but drive Oregon’s redistricting vision.

Grants Available

Special thanks to Census Equity Funders Committee of Oregon (CEFCO) and United Way Columbia-Willamette for funding this critical work.

Redistricting impacts what schools our children go to, if our communities are in power blocks to voice our demands, who represents us, and many other critical issues — for the next decade! Partner with We Draw Oregon and apply for a community engagement grant to support your communities in learning how redistricting impacts them, ask the right questions to build community maps, learn how to testify in the September hearings, and engage in critical awareness raising campaigns this summer.

Initial review of applications will be on those received by 11:59 pm on June 15th, 2021. After that, additional applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis pending funding availability. This application will remain open until August 27th or until funding runs out.
